So your looking for the lowest priced DSLR you can possibly get?
No offense, but if you want to take photos of scooters you need a camera thats $600 or more, simply because you want a DSLR and you need a good range of manual settings.

Seb so this guy wants high ffps (frames per second) good quiality photos wants a DSLR not a video camera but does not want to spend that much sorry to say kiddo but photography aint a cheap hobby if u want a DSLR which u do u also need to buy lenses and lenses are not cheap most lensing can easily be over 600. in my opinion u should go to walmart, K mart wat ever u have a just get a cheap 100 point a shoot

Uhh what does frames per second have to do with taking photos? He didn't say anything about taking sequences.

I'm not trying to start an argument. Frames per second has to do with video for the most part. Only time i believe it effects photography is for sequence shots.

Brian's right about frames per second, but nearly every camera has 3fps or more, so it doesn't really matter, mines only 4.7fps, but I don't really use it, only for tricks that last like split seconds.
Nikon D3000 or Pentax K20D, great entry DSLRs - but they will still take all the money outta your wallet. =)
