Lowering the bars on the Razor Ultra Pro

Hi!
I ordered a razor ultra pro a few days ago, with the highest bars.
Is there any way to lower theese? Because 19" is quite high to me.

The Lo's are 21 high.
And you can lower them by either using a hack saw, or a pip cutter that is strong enough to cut heat treated chromoly. Just be sure to add a cutline for the clamp.

I'm actually thinking I may approach Razor with the concept of FAQ videos for the Ultra Pro. Like how to cut the bars, both height and width. Because for design reasons you may want to add the cutline and add a "teardrop" at the end of it, so it doesn't stress. I'm not sure of the actual terms, but I'm sure a few of you know what I mean.

Heres a tip if u wanna cut down ur bars with a hack saw, get a spare or old clamp.
Find the height u wantmove ur clamp to that point then tighten the clamp and start sawing right next to the clamp this should give u more of a accurite cut.

And for the sharpie comments in here. If you aren't good with tools, that won't help you cut a straight line...
