You can use rubbing alcohol as degreaser, it just has to have isopropyl.

I'm serious. Because if you leave the oil that the degreaser leave on the bearing it it it will ruin you bearing, and also if you don't dry your bearing you will ruin your bearings

Dot use wd-40 or speed cream. Speed cream is really thin. Use what ryan suggested, the Castrol bearing grease.

WD-40 will ruin your headset.. it works well for a while but then it will make your bearings dry out and break

i put speed cream on my bearings but thety already had headset grease on them so it kind of mixed in and seems to work
