Lucky brake or phoenix switchblade? +madd brake help

Alright so im looking to buy new scoot parts and one of them is a lucky brake or phoenix brake. can phoenix brakes snap? thats what im concerned about.
also with my current madd brake, which is on my phoenix 4.0. with the brake rod think (or brake bolt) i cant get get it through the other side. its like stuck an so tight. and when i get it through its like farther on the right side so it brakes on the left side of the brake instead of the middle. any tips on the madd brake and answers on the lucky vs. the phoenix brake?

well the phoenix brake is rattle free and seems like it would be less of a hassle and the lucky deck is adjustable to your liking, you pick

lucky brakes rarely rattle. i use my brake quite often so if i get a phoeinx brake will it snap or no?
