Lucky deck problem/question plz help

there is a gap on my back wheel axle ,i have both of the original spacers in and i didnt know if i should be puttin a washer in there or what

but then the spacer doesnt fit ....UGHHHH! and we already have the smallest spacer tht would fit on there, and one more question, can a blade brake fit on a lucky with a 110 proto in the back?

put a bearing in there too coverr the left over gap
