i guess you'll probably just have to hammer it out then, that's all I can think of...wait so its the stem thats broken?

chris, get a tight, i mean really tight alen head key to fit into it, get a pair of old bars/breaker bar (works aloooot better) and go at it, believe me it will work

wedge a chisel or a flathead screwdriver where the deck and headtube meet and hit the chisel or screwdriver until it pops off

this may sound bizzare, but as a last resrot, saw it off, then grind/sand/file down the remains so theres not awkward bumps on ur deck
