Lucky deck wobble

So I just got my lucky deck and it seems like the head tube is wobbling. And I was wondering if theres anyway to fix that?

i just got mine to and it was wobboling,u need to take electric tape and tape the sides of the part that u put the head tube on to, and then slide the head tube on and it will not wobble. but don t put to much tape, start with alittle and see how it fits until it doesn t wobble

get grade 8 bolts and tighten the fuck out of it oh and washers too, mine doesnt wobble anymore, and the tape idea works too
