Lucky Deck wobbles, help me?

My lucky 4.5 deck wobbles where the headtube slides over the place it fits on. Am I the only person with the problem? How can I fix this. My headset isn't loose I already checked it.

make sure both bolts are in the right holes..the bottom two holes are the right ones.

u tighten the bolts and use the right sized ones

no not getting a phoenix and bolts are tightened guys and they are the right size. Might go a size up and drill out the holes to fit a bigger bolt so they dont move. think thatll work?

Tighten the bolt on the bottom of the deck

Then get a new headtube

mine did that too just get nylon lock bolts and nuts and tighten them a shat load and then it wont wobble.

Ya. Lock washers will do it.

my friend had this problem, so i gave him a new headtube. thet worked.
