hey i got a lucky pro with a pro head tube and i have the bolts really tight my dad cant even tighten any more but its still creeking should i get new bolts or somthing?

if you mean its wobbling, tape the stem a little

like i had my dad tighten it then it stop but after a little bit of rideing it started

get some new bolts with lock nuts, but i like my lucky headtube

Tape around the stem, Locktite the bolts if there coming loose and nylon locknuts if not already.

okay so with the tape can u guys show me a picture or somthing

you don't really need a picture.
1. get electric tape
2. wrap the stem with the electric tape once at first
3. put the headtube on and tighten it
and that should do it. if it still wobbles keep wrapping it a layer at a time until it stops.
it worked for me.

when you put it on pretty snug I guess and getting new bolts helps too.
