lucky fork problem

first of all my bars were hard as fuck to get on it took like 20 mins just to nget the bars on. (there threaded forks) and i noticed 1 hole is smaller so i cant ride pegs. and my front axle will never stay tight is there any thing i can do to keep my axle tight?

i drilled my friends fork for him, the pegs will fit, just have to fit them. otherwise to keep your bolt tight get some RED locktight as its the toughest you can get, and your set. any ?'s PM me

yes you can, and no you dont have to re-enforce it as there is really no way in doing that...
