TSI Flowmaster 4.5's are insane, best strength deck I know of.
But you are right, there are no tension points in the Lucky Pro, no welds, not a chance of braking.
I'd suggest that if you ride Park more than Street or no Street at all, go with Lucky.
But if you ride Street more than Park or no Park at all, go with TSI.

you dont know what your talking about. thats the complete opposite of what you said. luck for street tsi for park and boring stuff. i hate tsis. had bad experience with one. get a lucky.

In my opinion: go with lucky...heres why
-lucky 4.0 is CNC'd (no welds=no breaking in weaker points)/is not even 3 pounds and you can whip easier./ the headtube angle is in between razor and TSI which would seem normal./ costs $103 on skyhighscooters
-tsi flowmaster 4.0 (my brother has one) weighs a shit load./ you cant do tailwhips nearly as easier because of the headtube angle./ costs $150.

****THIS IS MY OPINION****NO BITCHING.

RETARD. its under 3 lbs PLUS THE HEADTUBE WHICH IS ABOUT 8 OZ. so its not under at all. plus you have to get used to the HT angle...

get a phoenix =)

dont base this off weight, but if you truly want to, phoenix ftw. 3 lbs. with headtube and everything, full deck weighs 3 lbs. only 1 oz more than a regular pro with the headtube. so a phoenix is your best bet.

Daniel, ive had both of these decks and im just saying my personal opinion.
Unlike you, who just goes to forums and creates accounts to abuse.
I bet you havent even owned a Lucky or a TSI.

is that a joke everyone in sammamish has a lucky deck and im friends with the owners son i ride them all the time and i own a tsi which i dont like so yeah good one

wouldnt it be like the other way? since in park theres not much tension on the deck so its ok to have tension spots and for street theres like drops to flat and stuff so theres tension so its best to not have tension spots on the street, but idc tsi all the way nugga

lucky has 90 day warrantyyy too! and they dont break...

Since when?

And I really don't like them. First time I rode a TSI, OMG it was amazing. Then I rode a Phoenix. I got a Phoenix, it's my favorite deck. However, it is closely followed by TSI. The new TSIs are extremely strong. The reason I brought up Phoenix is because TSI and Phoenix are similar. Now that I'm used to concave, anything without concave feels gross to me. Luckys don't have concave now do they? No. The brake system on TSIs are extremely dialed compared to the stock brake system which requires a lot of maintenance to dial-in. TSIs are designed for park, actually. They feel truly amazing when riding vert, tranny, spines, air-out, anything with transition is THE BEST on a TSI.

For Luckys, the only thing I like about them is that they feel nice on vert.

Luckys have a giant penis on the bottom of the deck and it's hideous. The bolts that come on Luckys usually don't work. I have heard several cases of that, and it happened to my friend Cody. All my friends that have Luckys have like an 88* headtube angle WITH A PRO HEADTUBE. On the site, it says between a Razor Pro and a TSI. TSI = 83*, and
Razor Pro = 80*. Now even though I have a C in math, I am preetty sure that 88 is NOT in between 80 and 83, correct me if I'm wrong. The hole for the brake is drilled incorrectly on some of the Luckys, this happened with Cody.

Overall, get a TSI, you won't regret it in the long-run OR short-run.
In my opinion, when you buy from Lucky, you're getting a product with (a) random
default(s). My Lucky L&S makes my SCS wiggle, I'm positive it isn't any other part of my scooter. Cody had some problems with his Lucky. I know several people with problems with Lucky parts.

GET TSI.

sorry for super long post, just reeaaaally wanted to get that off my chest for a while, as this is MY OPINION. so dont hate about MY OPINION, because its MINE. not YOURS.

Yes they are good. No they do not break easy. Plus you get a 90 day warranty!

if they wont break like you keep saying then why not a lifetime warrenty like proto?
i mean add $20 to the price for a lifetime warrenty, people would have hella confidence in you. more than they do already.

dude nobody has an 88 headtube angle dont go around spreading lies. cmon dude this isn't even funny how bad this is i mean at least try to have some courtesy. if the holes are drilled wrong he'll replace them. also look on page 9 or 10 on the scooter deck super thread dmazz posted a pro compared to a lucky compared to a tsi. everybody who i've ever heard of who gets a lucky loves it, and it's haters like you're being right now that cause questions and rumors to be started.

i love tsi. i love lucky. i love phoenix. they're all good. it's personal preferance. don't bitch

If you don't like a stock break do what dmazz did and put a tsi one on on not that hard if you ask me. And does it really matter what the bottom of the deck looks like I don't know about you but I don't stare at the bottom of my deck all day.

put this to play people have broken tsi's. but nobody's broken lucky's that goes hand and hand for me i would get the lucky because it looks more durable and by reviews is more durable.

liltony

I got myself banned.
The old ones used to brake. Plus you get a replacement if yours brakes and these decks only improve in time. I road a Lucky Pro 4.0 the other day and the bars pulled back and forth so easy it felt like I was riding a pro model with bolts in my foldy... OH WAIT, THATS RIGHT IT DOES HAVE BOLTS IN THE FOLDY!! hahah. I mean Look at the Razor Head Tube and Razor Brake. It looks like something from RAZOR not lucky. Plus look at the Nose Blunt Area. There ain't no smooth area. Just looks wrong to me. Needs to be cut at an angle like the rest of the One-Piece Decks on my market today. Not to mention Concave...

you guys are really making yourselves look like shit. stop talking shit about other companys.

first off its pretty hard to have a brake hole drilled wrong when the fucking cnc macing does it so yeah good call on that on bud.

second your gunna say lucky has random imperfections? really? if your LS makes your SCS wiggle then whta are you saying the fork tube isnt the right size? because then it would be too loose or tight to even fit in your scs. sounds like someone cant set up a scooter....

next, how many people are going to say "o dude i love your deck just the bottom is really ugly man yeah". no one fucking cares what the bottom of a deck looks like except people that are trying to find ways to bash on lucky, like you.

finally, the headtube angle is 88 huh? really so you measured that? with what? so when you you put the front wheel up to the wall the grips are almost touching the wall? i find that hard to believe because every lucky deck ive ever ridden (and thats about every kids in sammamish) felt exactly like my tsi a little bit more slack

so dont be so fucking biased man, i love my tsi and prefer it over any lucky deck, but thats just because of noseblunts and i like the geometry a little better. but i support lucky as a company because 1 they make the best forks and wheels in scootering in my opinion
2 im friends with the owners son and all of the nukk riders and 3 theyre a company thats all about giving away free parts, sponsoring, and encouraging kids to just get out and ride, brian doesnt give a shit about money, he just wants to progress the sport and keep kids on theyre scooters, not bashing other companies.

cant decide on which one to get. freestyler has a normal headtube angle and its shorter and lighter then regular tsi's. lucky has no welds so theres no tension marks. which ones better?

i have a free stylers are the shit never felt the difference in it being shorter i had a flowmaster before i broke it it was nice but i never fell fully in love and ive ridden a lucky for a little and it was nice but the razor headtube just sketches me out so id say freestyler
