Jesse your the man for understanding all this ----- I realize he has a life outside of scooters, but if he knows thats the case he needs to get somebody to pitch in a little time to the company, like when he cant. But yea tanner same thing happened to mine, and it ended up bending like hell.

Lucky forks officially, blow.

There either too big on the fork tube.. or too small. They crack and bend. Every possible thing that could happen to a fork.

woops. yeah i misread your post my bad, i thought you asked them to heat treat it for you. but yeah you could take it somewhere to get heat treated.

you sure there not heat treated?
because even the team rarely bends/breaks them.
i had mine 5 months and it was in perfect condition till my scooter got stolen.
