Madd/ Blade brake

Ok so today i was at my park and some kid had a old micro huffy micro and it had one of those brakes so i asked him for it and he gave me it. So i tried putting it on and the spring wont fit (pro model spring) what should i do ?

i think you have to file down the break?
i have a blade break to, but wont fit and im lazy

Yeah you have to file it to make it fit. I have one on my scooter, the huffy brake that is.

yeah i had to file mine down and it was THE biggest bitch to get on took me at least an hour to put on.

the bit the touches the deck. ill get a pic
use a bench grinder if you can its way easier. it helps to bend the spring which is piss easy aswell
