Madd Gear Flex Fender HELP?

OK had it for about 2 weeks now.

the brake is rattling whenever i ride it and it wont tighten.

I try to tighten the allen key whole but the nut on the bottom of the deck just goes round. Ive tried holding the bolt at the same time and the plyers just slip and the bolt moves.

theres a screw , a bolt and then a washer with a slit in it and then another washer which is a full circle.
Whats wrong and how can i tighten it?

You need an allen key and something to hold it(plyers probably aren't the best choice). I use a socket wrench set and it works great.

get a little wrench and use the ring end that fits and then just tighten it, should work like a breeze! if you don't have a wrench using needle nose pliers
