the DDAM deck was bad because it was a nitro with a different headtube, and was called street so everyone got confused.

how do you know what it could be like? it could actually be a good deck, but you're only saying its gonna be shit because you hate madd gear.

Looks like literally no effort was put into this.
It looks like they get a block of metal, brushed up the sides and front to be slightly rounded, machined a hole and slapped a MX x Fag Gear headtube on.
I am nearly sure that the Sadd riders will start posting it on social media with captions along the line of "Look out street elitists (etc) #streetlyf #maddgear (plus a million other hashtags)".
Alex, as a community we don't want to bash you. It's just that you give us every reason to bash you.

well, what the hell would you guys want the deck to look like to make it better?

im not asking to be 'bashed', im just trying to make it seem better but you all seem to be disagreeing so its pretty weird.

If im wrong ill admit im wrong but on first impressions it looks terrible. MADD dont even make good decks now so I doubt this will be very good. Like Steele said, it doesnt look like it has any thought put into it, they have just slapped a headtube on a rectangular piece of aluminium and called it a deck.

i would like to ride it before hating on it. I think that it will be an improvement on the old mgp deck even if only for grinds. also you really cant see much from the photo in terms of extrusion so i think the hate is OTT. as for mgp copying other brands, well that may be true apart from their headtube but that is ugly IMO and it weakens the deck

its is an improvement, but its still a madd gear. even if they make the best deck in world(which they never will), it will come with a bunch of retarded graphics, and its made by a brand called MADD GEAR PRO. seriously, why does anyone over 12 even support them.

And then they have the hide to get involved with Fasen and make them get rid of fluted decks in Australia because they had a copyright/patent on fluting scooter parts or something. THAT is why i hate Madd Gear, bunch of hypocrites.

What? Thats not even hypocritical, they had a patent on the fluted decks, nobody has a patent on boxed decks.

Their new forks look almost exactly like lucky/vert x forks. That's what i'm getting at. It just seems like a dick move.

I agree mgp is retarded and correct me if im wrong they are corprate madd gear made ok decks in 2010 ish and i only say the decks were ok at the time because the other one piece decks out there were tsi and rup ( lucky evo decks arent one piece so i dont count it) and i think the first district deck and phoenix decks i had a madd deck 3 years ago and i hated it im so glad i got rid of it. This deck looks like a box deck with down syndrome. And the there going to come up with some bs spec like on the last deck we used 43% less metal to make it lighter yet stronger ( lighter and stronger are antonyms) to make the deck cheaper in china and i disagree with mass produced scooter parts in china because not only are the parts not as strong as us made but they're fucking people over who work in the factories giving them just enough to live off of and the pollution is so bad in china meaning its a bigger health risk since they are in the factories breathing the cheap ass harmful chemicals

i respect madd gear even less now for selling out and trying to get a foot in the "street" side of scotering as it's becoming more popular
