Im trying to get them out so i can clean the bearings etc etc but its fucking hell hard to remove them... My friend and i are trying to remove them. So anyone can tell me how to remove them in a proper way?

Should i get a special bearing removal tool?

i slide the the spacer to one side then i take the bolt and hit it with a hammer or some ----- that should do the trick

You should be able to move the spacer enough to allow you to hit the bearings out. It takes a while though.

Make sure you get your flat head or punch and get it on a really big angle so it actually hits the bearing.
