if its just the drill bit stuck stick something that will slide through in there and hammer the shit out of it

try drilling it from the other side but with the drill on reverse so that it hookes the bolt and will spin it out it works

get a little bit bigger bit, put on bolt and push like a muh ------- it should have enough power to unthread it aka like regular tightening or loosening

id probly drill the whole lot out with a bigger drill bit from the other side, and re thread it.
