im buying all brand new parts for a brand new scooter. i just want to know if inward bars are compatable with a phoenix deck and forks with a cane creek S-3 headset wit a district clamp???

if your gonna run ICS get hardline bars, they have the starnut already welded in so you dont have to hassle with that
