Making Bars at Home, Any good models for ideas

Well if I make them at home, would it be a good idea, im going to use 4130 chromoly steel, it should work right? And should I use gussets, like wee bars?

Its a good idea if you or someone you know knows what there doing. If you havent a clue how to weld and are planning on picking one up and goin at it i wouldnt suggest making them. and as for gussets i dont think they'll be necessary unless your goin like 20+ wide
