Making Bars Need Help!

So i want to make bars but idk wut wall thickness it should be like .065 or wut also the ID to get if thats not the same a OD.....also the cross bar is the diameter 1/2 or 7/8?, also i need the ID on that also wut thickness to get it in!

what forks u got? just measure around ur forks and get the diameter and u need to get the top metal bar 1 size bigger then ur grips

noo u need chromoly, cross bar diameter is 7/8, wall thickness IS .065, and chromoly can ONLY be tig welded, and u dont need to know ID if u have wall thickness
