making my HIC bars higher

hey guys..im running a downside HIC bar with HIC compression and i want my bars to be higher..how can i do this? btw im not rich so i cant go and buy a higher bar

thats what i was thinking but the bars would just snap at the weld so i thought get some tubing that fits in the bars pretty tightly then weld it and take some over sized tubing and weld it over the bottom part of the bars

Sounds like alot of work but it could work

For the most part that isn't worth the effort. I'd sell the bars and buy new ones, or buy an SCS. Easiest options.
