how?and can you tell me the steps? i tried to put some oil but it just make it worst.what should i do?and pls dont tell me "buy another headset" or "buy a bmx headset" etc.....

In truth the only way around this (other than spending hours setting it up only for it to loosen) is to buy an unthreaded and get some compression. so: soak your bearings/leave them overnight in petrol, then oil them up. And make sure you spend ages setting it up right.

clean everything out. take out the bearings, get as much as whatever gunk there is off. you might even wanna take out the balls and clean them individually. make sure you get the cups clean too.

then soak the bearings in rubbing alcohol for 5-10 minutes. then dry them off (even let them air dry), put em back in the cups, put some 3 in 1 oil on them, and bam your headset is amazing.
