im not the best at drawing 3D shit but yeahhh thats like how we were planning on the mechs for the rad decks.

this is a way to make it with welded foldy that it sort of how know peds are made. a little different but this shit could be really good depending on the material used. and i think this would be a little spendy cause theres alot more welding than a normal razor. i would use aluminum on the peice that bolts onto the frame part. that way it will stay pretty light.

ya i just felt like showing that peice off. haha its nice but the R is fucked up.

so yeah those drawings might help give you ideas for decks.

I dont want the scooter to fold up at all.... I want it to be complety Welded shut.. so it does not fold up.

I know this will make shiping alot harder but I am prepared to do it for the strenth...

to ship it you could just take the bars and forks off. so its not really going to make it harder to ship at all. one thing left out on the manly blades forum was the forks. deffinetly think about a thicker walled steer tube and make the legs out of somthing stronger than that shitty mild steel crap razor uses that you can bend with your hand.

look at the pic the idea is so there is nooooo folding mech so nothing to bolt just stright welded strong as all fuck and the gusset would do more then not having one so yea ever thing is gonna be strong no weak shit

Jordan you could probably put a bolt straight down on the headtube meets the deck, it would help out with pressure on the welds.

no u do not geta discount if u were to read this proply u would no that this is being made by manly blades (skate shop) for its team riders which means that in order to get it for free or discounted u would need to be on the team it is not like we can give u a discount bcoz we arnt making it if u want it u would hav to pay full price like everyone else (besides team members) but yea it would be worth the monrey
