really, your probally better off doing it yourself
cause the coucil send you a form asking things like:
-Date and how long the event will go for, times
-Will food be free or will there be a cost?
-Will any signs be put up?
-Is power needed
-How will you ensure people are safe eg: first aid stands etc and who will you do that?
-What will be done with the profit?
-What give-aways will there be?
-How we will make sure everything is cleaned up?
-Do we need portable toilets?
-Description of the event
-Sketch map - where everything will be located eg: PA's, tents etc
-Blah Blah Blah

But if Madd is sorting it out, less things for you to organise
