I'm assuming those parts costed him at least this amount of investments.
(this doesn't mean some parts cost exactly like that amount, because i simply just can't remember some stuff)

That's like 310 already. Any bids under that is a pretty good deal and even if it gets 50 over it, it's still good because IF you'd order those parts separately you'd pay like 20% for ALL because of shipping.
