metal cores, any good? very cheap

my friend showed me these wheels and they looked pretty nice, but they look a lot like vapor metal cores, i can't find their hardness, so can any one tell me if they are any good

110 is better for me ... a little higher off the ground.. and more smooth.. easier for street a little harder for park qp's.
