well got my metcores and now i cant get the berrings out... any ideas?

umm i've heard that in metalcores the bearings get stuck. So you either leave them in, or ruining them trying to get them out. But the latter way you get the spacer out which is a plus.

but now i cant keep them in they fall out

i filed the insidel
a LITTLE
and they wrokfine
they dont fall out and they come out easy

i think u have to leave your bearings in or if u take them out when u put them back in there loose and dont fit properly

if you put bearings in metals you had better be sure they will last you so you wont need to take them out anyways.

use a hammer and a bolt/allen to get them out

use a front wheel axel and a few allens to put them back in.
