it is smaller. its 3.75" wide. 19.5" long

can u not see the locknut and threaded headset?

the originals have black brakes.
the brakes are longer unless that ones cut down
and the part where the headtube goes into the deck isnt an oval with a raised squard around it
its just the oval of welding

yes the fork is threaded
i had to grind down the fork to fit 110mm
yes the headtube and neckpiece is all one piece
and no i did not cut the brake

I love the quality. But, it looks like the back dropouts are bent up. Is that true?

yeah they are angled up. just a little bit though.
