the clamp isnt missing a bolt, the bolt is like what the mgp people do they have one screw on one and the other on the other side, and i got this off of a video so dont complain about the quality

That wouldn't work. The threads are both on the same side. I think he just has one stainless bolt and one alloy bolt.
