MGP nitro compression system?

i might get a nitro for christmas(if they ever come to the U.S.! and i wanna ride my scorchers on it but i have a starnut, i heard it was like HIC but it looks kinda like an SCS?
ANY ONE KNOW?

you need to have a starnut in your fork for both hic and scs anyways so why would it matter? i have never actually seen one in person but from what i can tell from pictures it has hic...
