I have an exam tomorrow, then icecream session with some girls...when I come home, I promise I'll post the dimensions... my Spirite is broken up in parts in my room, missing a headtube, playing with the tought to make a costum one, or modify the plates so I can slide a b-model headtube on (not sure if possible)...

My suggestions for the holes, since that needs to be super precise. Once you cut the plates, just place the plates on the deck, and mark the holes...cheers!
