Okay, after having snapped my XT's headtube (documented here)...

Micro said they'd get a new one out to me, just after having given up on them arriving for the day (mail came, was depressing) a UPS van comes round my corner and the mofo knocks on my door =D... He hands over a box, and it rattled and i was like "wtf"...

So i ripped it open to see Three brand new re-inforced XT headtubes:

So Micro are now officially legends to me, and anyone slating them will get an earful =].

Oh and just to show you the size difference between the regular one and the re-inforced:

Just thought it would be nice to let you lot know that micro do actually care, and that if anyone else snaps a headtube that you can get somewhere with them =].

Right, i'm off to build my new ride.

ya i bot a sprite few months ago and am building it. should be done this month never ridden micro thought about giving it a chance

@you guys with sprites: i used to ride a sprite re-inforced, it lasted about a year and 6 months, they feel brilliant, they're not too heavy. You'll love em.

&@Jamie Bowe: Same, i effing love micro now =D they did me brillaint service.

haha my list of junk for it is:
- Eagle 110mm front and back
- Brass knucks (to replace the old inward compression)
- Blade brake.

then i'ma be happy with it haha =] i just rode it. it feels sooo smooth and solid (haven't rode my inward stuff till today).

Kinda, i emailed the CEO of Micro UK saying that my headtube snapped and that it was on an XT from before they changed it (e.g. the thinner one)... showed him piccys and he said he'd get one out to me. then he sent 3 =D haha.

Doubt it but i heard word of a new US distributor so search for him and he might help you out.

I still wouldn't waste my money on a scooter that costs that much. It's a hell of a lot cheaper for you since you're in Europe, but in the states I don't think it's worth the cost. You can buy a Pro Model and mod the shit out of it for less than the price of the Micro shipped.

But like I said, you live over there so shipping wouldn't be anywhere near as bad.

Haha =] since i've been riding i've been spending craploads on scooters, the XT is just less effort for me. So it's worth it =]. It seems more effort to actually get Pro model junk in the UK aswell.
