micro deck headtube

hey, i just brought a micro deck from a kid at the skatepark and it doesn't have a headtube.
i was wondering if you can fit a razor pro or any other razor headtubes into or onto it
and what material is it made of

no extremes come with profoldy and double neck plates and are just kitted up sprites or bullets, you probably have a sprite/bullet deck
