what kind of resin is that, is it epoxy resin or somethin else

can you do it to a stock one easily or is it too hard

u can do it to stock foldies, its like hotglueing wheels
put some waxpaper on the bottom then fill it with the epoxi and let it dry well till it gets hard and ur done

so would using resin on your wheels be better then hot glue? or because it is more brittle would it be worse?
