micro related help needed!

well. this is the second time ive snapped my flex in the same place. next to the foldy on the footplate, plus dont tell me to get a razor cos i would rather not. so if anyone has any ideas on how they could, like reinforce it or something or if youve ridden one before what you did!

please, just get razor. there is no point to reinforce or something, it will snap.

Looks strong? hell noo, snaped brake really fast, shaking foldy, re-weld but it started to bend, also micro reinforcements broke/bent.
Promodel = best thing you ever can have, just add micro pipes to promodel and it will never break =]

That's my pic. I did almost everything i could to keep it solid and strong but they still turn into shit.
Pro-models are way easier/cheaper to modify, hasn't got so many weak spots unlike on micros which are filled with weak spots.
