Micro is a good company but make mistakes welding

it's probably the one they gave to Madis to test, that someone ended up breaking in a day

happened to me yesterday.. saw a tiny crack.. im like this shits done.. dropped in.. went as big as i could out of this tiny quarter and landed flyout and snapped it haha

nope, i rode an xt fork for almost 6 months, it never bent or cracked, solid as hell. and it doesn't make any tricks harder. nose manuals/ hang 5's are easier, thats about it.
if you can get one for cheap, i highly recommend it, especially if your still running stock threaded forks, you'll love it.

if its new or anywhere close to new then hell yes. the only thing that goes wrong with these forks are the threads.
the threads are aluminum so when you put your bars over them and tighten it over time some of the threads will get smashed and it will be really hard to get your compression nuts on.
so look at the threads before you trade. it should only be a problem if the fork was used for more than a couple months though.
also, the forktube is so long that you could just hacksaw a portion of the top off, and the threads that are smashed. and still ride it.

quick question what angle do you cut the drop outs at?
and Mr Proto what size drillbit did you use?
Cut the drop outs inline with the brake/brake hole and it is a hole saw not a drill bit, don't remember the size off hand.

Also, for anyone that hates their XTs or broke them and are looking to get rid of them (deck, brake, rear axle and spacers only) email scooterresource@gmail.com
