Missed me?
(haha, no need to answer)
Anyway, here are some thoughts i've wrote down when i was banned:
1. There's no point of telling "you are banned" since when the person gets banned, he won't see the message on forum.
2. Being banned means a white page. It makes the person confused wether or not if the site is down or he's banned. So to be sure that he knows that he's banned, we should send him an e-mail.
3. My IP got unbanned on 26th November somehow, but my user was still inactive though like i expected. I'm suspecting a wifi/router reset that my dad did.
4. Rules page should be updated ASAP. And there should be introduced what admins may do if you do something wrong (e.g. moving/locking/deleting threads, give warnings to generally maintain the discipline on the community).
5. Other dead pages that should be either updated or removed:
5.1 Media page isn't still updated (what's the point of having old videos there? Or the whole page?).
It's a dead page where people don't go very often anymore.
5.2 FAQ page isn't updated, although we have sticky threads all around the community already.
5.3 Competitions' page isn't being updated, what are held, what are the results, media etc.
6. When i was logged out, then it doesn't show images. Instead of displaying an image like this
, it shows like this to guests:
8. As being banned, i learnt that i may talk too much that really doesn't contribute and i finally learned that when i was away. I knew i deserved a ban already before banning even a few people before Dustin because by that time i knew that i was bitching a lot in public, but by that time it would seem like really weird to ban myself, and basicly i didn't pay enough attetion to it and i kept being an "hard-ass" like Matt Dibble says about me. So a big thanks to Andrew who banned me for so we'd be sure i wouldn't have a temptation to reply to any of the threads even though i said before getting banned that "i'm going on a break and chill" in the thread which got deleted because of me and Dustin. This ban made me notice new things about the SR generally all over and made me think what should i have done diffirent. I needed that.
9. I'll try to watch myself but if i'm turning into that again, remind me ASAP by PM!
If you want to comment on things, put a number in front of the point you are talking about.
That way it's easier to watch where your topics start and end. kthxbye

7.[/b] My point of that before is to let Dustin see that it's not necessary to post off-topic everywhere and i hope that he learns from it, even if i had to be banned for it. If he didn't learn anything from it, our ban would be pointless.Image: http://img1.putfile.com/thumb/11/32803172071.jpg
