so i got a jvc everio camera for xmas and need to open them up to edit them. so i found out how to just rename them into .MPG but i still cant get them to open into adobe premier 6.0 or WMM.
help!

Download that, and then convert all the clips you wanna use to .AVI or .WMV, drag into WMM or whatever else

or just change the name from .MOD to .MPEG but you have to go to your folder and like uncheck the hidden file thing. its hard to figure out but helps alot when you get it
