Uhhh its not the scooter being "completely upside down" that makes it a scooter flip... Your hand coming off, therefor letting the scooter make a full rotation, Is what makes it a scooterflip...Kev did a Bri Flip, and yes it was insane, and No Kevin is not a new rider, who jes majically popped up on the scene..Hes been around, and has some reaallly crazy tricks up his sleeve.
