ya man cary and david havent had this prob and they been ridding them for like idk a month or more...
were going to be making a headlock bolt thing soon so you wont even need the nut on the forks or anything. so if you still havent gotten it figured out by then then that should fix it. but idk why your bars come off. oh actually i might know why. since you running 2 clamps, is the top clamp on the fork or is it above the fork? like is the fork long enough so both clamps fit on it? because what can happen is the top one will squeeze in more and pull the bars up. idk if thats the case but uhh maybe.

Great job on the bars. One thing I'd suggest is shoving a wooden dowel up them, they strengthen the bars a lot and prevent them from caving in.

I've seen it happen with stock Go-Ped bars (which are basically the same thing as the RAD bars), if you go off a big enough jump they will bend forward and cave in... I'm just suggesting it though.

Yeah I'll see if the top clamp is above the fork, and I tightened it a lot, like as hard as I could with my hands and then even more with my feet. I'll keep playing around with different things.

is your spacer on the fork!?!?!?!

What spacer?

I looked at it and there was a little thing going around the base of the bars that had somehow moved up so I moved it down and tightened the two head clamps, and after a turndown and a double whip it was loose.

Yeah I have two clamps and of course they're tightened all the way down.

It's like when the bars turn but the bars are actually lifting off the top of the fork, the threaded part.

Ok, so I put them on and they look like this

Then I do a few jumps and they look like this

Then I put them back to normal, tighten them up, and they cycle starts again.
