my bars won't stop wobbling

A couple months ago, i bought an unsealed fsa pig. Since then, my bars have wobbled . It just pisses me off cuz this problem never happened when i was running a stock headset. I put my headset in using the nut bolt and washer technique and it's in as far as it can go. I have tried using the stock headset cover with and with out the nut, and the fsa pig cover that comes with it with and out a nut. I'm also tightening the shit out of my double clamp too. I'm pretty sure that the threads on my bars and my fork are both fine. If anyone has had this same problem and fixed it, please help me out, or anyone that has an idea how to fix it, help me out too.

When i tighten the nut, i have to tighten it so much that it makes barspins so damn hard. Can someone make me like a picture or video guide or something of how they setup their fsa pigs and how they put their bars on or something.

I'll probably ride this weekend, but i got strep throat so i couldn't last weekend. I'm just gonna keep adjusting it until i get it perfect and then i'll never touch it again. I'm not gonna go back to stock headset cuz i spent 25 on it. Maybe a new fork might work, and i'm gonna get one pieces eventually.

try running 2 top nuts that come on stock headsets and tighten the top one to the bottom one once u have ur headset dialed and that should stop it coming loose so u will have bearings then split ring then the headset cap thing then two nuts
