This is a four year project i'm begginning to work on. Starting from scratch on everything. If there are any drummers or anyone for that matter who want to give some input that would be great. I'm really torn on what kind of drums to get. For cymbals, its a matter of Zildjian or Sabian. All the electronics are by Roland. I want the budget for this kit to be around $7,000.
At the time of this picture, I was planning on DW's, but they are way too expensive.
The Electronics will be run by both a Roland TD 12 or 20 (not sure how much i wanna spend) Drum Module (not pictured), and a Roland SPD-S (the Black square on the bottom right).
The two white circles to the far left are both Roland Mesh Head Trigger Pads. The two black circles just above the snare drum are Roland PD-8 dual trigger pads. The black circle just under the ride cymbal is a Roland CY12R V-cymbal (12inches).
As the picture states, there are also two roland FD-8 Hi Hat Controller Pedals (one to the right of the bass drum pedal, and one to the left of the hi hat).
Also, as the picture states, there will be another floor tom under the one on the right (16x16).
