Thats wayyy overkill. Are there any signs at the park that specifically say NO SCOOTER, not just a sign that says skatebaord ect... only? And if you know a lawyer ask them if cops can even take pictures of you. That sounds ridiculous. You pay taxes that built that park, why shouldn't you be able to ride it too?

Do exactly what Brian said. He said everything i was gonna type. lol.

Haha..man couple years back Im riding my local. That doesnt allow scooters..and this cop comes up, and gets in my face and is like "Are you fuucking stupid? Do you not know how to fuucking read" And im just like.."whoa dude..chill" and he straight grabs my scooter out of my hands and throws it like 34345345 feet. I was like hmmm....all right. And he just leaves..lol Classical.

But yea dude, thats way harsh..sorry to hear that.

laws are so wierd in other countries, you could never get in trouble for that over here, go in any park you want, police could come in and talk to you, if you were being cool they'd leave.
its bad though people get away with so much here. the police just give out verbal warnings if you like stab someone over here lol.

Well actually Australia is the best because you can ride a scooter in ANY outdoor public skatepark and you dont have to wear helmets.
Cops are cool here, they like come in and talk to you

Cops should be out enforcing laws that need enforcing, not bloody confiscating kids' scooters and fining them for riding in a local park.

like in the city we where jumping some stairs in a place where heaps of peeps where walking past
cops where riding past on horsed and i thought they where gonna tell us to leave but they whee likeo sweet tricks guys lol american cops must get annoying

What I wanna know is how the f*ck can you use a scooter for evidence? A scooter doesnt prove anything. He could of found it on the side of the road for all anyone else knows

NO COPS ARE BAD they are all racist well at least in london they are, i get stopped and searched like 3-4 times a week on my way to school or home from school and i Know so many people say it but IT IS because i am black, even in school they still search me, when they are supposed to be walking around my school to make sure no one is carrying, not to search any random kid who is stereotypically doing something bad. I hate the police so much, when I get my phone stolen they laugh at me when I was like 11 and got my phone stolen they laughed at me and said go ask your dad to borrow his gun.

I didn't tell my dad because I then realised it would be pointless and that the police just don't really care and are just rude and stereotypical. And always make judgments

I ride with David Fross and Kc Corning. They are going to go in to the parks and recreation building with me and try to get the exclusion lifter, the ticket removed, and allow scooters in the park because this is a bunch of bullshit if you ask me. My friend Alex just got excluded and got a ticket three days ago. The ticket is 250 bucks. And he was just sitting not even riding at all that day. He just had the scoot with him in the park.
