My east 2 west order?

I ordered a deck off of east 2 west last Tuesday and I used Paypal and it still hasn't shipped. I've tried to contact them but I can't get a hold of them. My order says its awaiting fulfillment. Does anyone know why it's taking so long get it shipped.

I had the same problem east2westis really bad about shipping. And they don't answer either but I assure you it will come oh and they rarely get color right too.
