my once pieces steer tube is to small for threadless forks

ok well i build one pieces using ajs how to and when i put my threadles fork i build into them it doesnt go in past the relief cut.
this is the metal i have

i was wondering if i could use this or if the wall was to thin and if it would be to big on the fork cuz i just need a little more space.

not even a stock threaded fork will go farther then the relief please help!!!

put reliefs on both sides if it completely fails.

otherwise file inside / cut moar.

i used that. you have to streach the bars. i cant discribe it.

that other piece is way to big.

when u strech bars ur reliefwe cut is 2 1/2 inches. and there is a small 1 inch one on the oppositim side.. then take sum vise grips and bend the bottom of ur bars out. not to far.. then put ur star nut in and hammer the fuckk outa the cross bar to get them on.

i have a 9 1/2 fork tube .. and i USEDD this. not i ride something special..
