im riding an old razor and not sure if its an A or B, could some one please tell me how to tell. And, i was going to reinforce a fork, but the t tube doesnt go in to the fork as the video on here said it did.. help? Finally, could someone tell me some good CHEAP wheels and a website on were to get them

Well, pics or a descreption of your scooter would help.
For wheels, you can really only get Low Pros at the moment because YAK's are defected and I doubt you would want to buy Micro Metal Cores if you are looking for cheap wheels. You can get Low Pros at http://www.mitchellscollectibles.com/index.asp or http://discountwheelandskate.com/scooterwheels.html (don't get any other wheel on there besides Low Pros or Blank YAKS). You can try the Blank YAKS too, but I haven't heard too good of things about em. And if you haven't already you'll want to go read the Super Modding Thread or whatever and learn how to lock your mech and take care of your scooter and other mods.

i watched the video on reinforcing the fork, and i cant get it to work like the video did

On your scooter, look by the back wheel. If it narrows out from the deck, its an old a. It should also have a rectangular deck. On b's, the back wheel still has the deck surrounding it. Nice sig too man.

I'd actually go with Razor wheels at this point, they're dirt cheap and the only other good wheels out there (at least that are easy to find) is the Micro Metalcore wheels.

well if the t tube doesnt fit unless your riding an old a, its probably a new a which is shit , because the t tubes dont fit in new a's but they fit in b's and old a's so jut buy a pro model or old a

The low pros are cheaper and probably better than the razor wheels except if they come on ur scooter, then they are cheap

if ur gunna get razors get 14 spokes..
blanks yaks are indeed good for street. but for park i throw on my low pros.
