I don't think that a lot of you are into the European scooter scene, but maybe some of you noticed that French-ID has actually 3 flow teams - French, CZ and Russian (you can check them at www.frenchid.com). So, I am the leader of Russian flow team, I have 50% discount, other members have 30% and all the rest who just want to join the order have 20%. About 3 months ago we made our first order and sent 300.33 euros for our parts to FrenchID representatives. First it was ok, their manager wrote that he received our money and will send order quickly; the shipping itself, as he said, will take about 7 working days. Well, after that everything started to seem like the complete nightmare! Two weeks later, as no parts arrived, I decided to wrte a letter. They ignored it. One more - same reaction. So I wrote to their CEO and only after that I received an answer. "Sorry, you've sent only 260.33, sent more". I was like WTF?! Here's a screenshot from my telebank service, it says "300.33 euros"! Are you trying to trick me? They said that the'll see what they can do. So, in the end of the april (!!!) I received one more letter: "OK, you'll have your parts, I'll send it right now". So, after two more weeks of ignored mails in which I was asking for a tracking number, I finally got it. Guess what happend next? "Shipment returned to sender" - that's what I got on a tracking web-service. One more week passed, and they wrote that they had some problems with putting parts into boxes. But that's not my business, actually. They are the sponsors, so they must predict such cases and prevent them. Whatever... "Put it right and send me again!" - I said. No answer again.... 3 months have passed!
I am really tired of all that. My teammates hate me cause it was my idea to take them on a flow team, but they still wait for their parts, so do I.
Honestly, I was never treated so badly and don't know what to do at the moment. These frenchies just destroy their own reputation on an emerging Russian scootering market. We suppose to promote their brand here. And I had a lot of potential costumers, but now I returned them their money cause they obviously didn't like such case and I don't want them to suffer like the flow team.
Can someone tell me what to do in this situation?
