Actually I found I really good solution. I just put my bars on, and since the forktube fits perfectly around the starnut, I just hammered my bars on and the starnut straightened. And, to get a starnut out, you just drill out the threads with a big drill bit, then, when the stars are seperated, you hammer one side with a flathead screwdriver till it is crooked and take it out.
