Name changing

it looks like we got a bunch of guys needing some updates on their usernames, any chance someone can get on that? I noticed a few folks posting comments about it on admin profiles, figured I'd bring it up before anyone gets annoyed.

I can only do it if I sign in on Andrew's account, maybe we can compile everyone who needs name changes for a day and I'll do it? Like have a thread open for a day and make it so it's only people asking for name changes and that's it for a while.

that would be a splendid idea, lets announce it a day before so folks know. When would this be possible?

You could do it whenever, then I could do the changing whenever. I'd say have like a few hour window, otherwise we'll have way too much name changing to do.

I thought that if you go to someones profile, go to edit profile, and then log into the control panel, it gives you all of there info and you can change any of it?

If thats the case, maybe we could have some other people help out? If its that simple, I wouldnt mind lending a hand.

Scott, as mods we can view all that info, but we can't change it. (Notice their is no option for "Save Changes") So only certain admins can do it.

I'm thinking that Andrew could make a name changing account, that we all have access to, and then whoever is online can do it?

Yeah, I think you can only change people's signatures.
