Ok, so I managed to get the retaining ring off of my headset, and took the bearing cover off. So then, I kinda like spilled 5 or 6 ball bearings out of each cup. I can't find them, lol, So...

Will the headset function properly if it is missing 5 or 6 ball bearings out of each cup? Thanks

haha.
Most likely not, i mean if it worked properly without 5 or 6 ball bearings then there wouldnt be 5 or 6 ball bearings in there.

Get some ball bearings from old bearings and clean them, and see if you can put them back in.

what headset are you using?

try taking a few ball bearings out of an old stock headset or something. it's a better chance that they'll be the same size.

edit: hey, get creative if you have to... experiment and see if the metal BB's from a BB gun would fit... it's worth a shot if you're desperate, and I don't see the harm in using them as long as they fit/are the same size.

I have stock MGP headset bearings, they are bigger I'm pretty sure.
And I have stock razor pro bearings. From memory they were about the same size. I'll have a look tomorrow when I get my others out of the Kerosene

haha I've actually done that before when I broke the bearings in my stock headset, they came out after like 2 days

haha airsoft bbs

Yeah man thats where its at lol.

And for my answer I say just look around for anything that could have ball bearings. If you have a ripstick then the bearings in there might fit. Look in any old headsets. Just look for a ball thats the same size and it should be alright for a while. Bottom brackets on a bike would be another place to look.

Problem solved, I just smashed some old abec 5 bearings that didn't work well with a hammer and took the ball bearings out of that. Same size :p And still nice and shiny :p Cause I cleaned them too lol

I told my friend and asked if he knew a way to get some, he said he heard a story about someone using small fishing sinkers... I wouldn't think that would work very well but anyway...

Thanks for the help 'yall
